Still busy. At home today and trying to "catch up." I have several posts I'd like to do, but need to be working on more important things right now. If I don't do these "chores" today I'll just keep feeling stressed and I'm really tired of feeling stressed.
I wanted to post a couple of pictures... I've rediscovered eMbROiDerY! My mother taught me many, many years ago. I've recently come across some great blogs with some embroidery pieces that I just loved so I decided to pick up the needle again. I'm a little rusty, but I'm learning new stitches and plan to do an embroidery sampler. My 15 year old daughter is even embroidering and is really good at it. I showed her a few stitches and she stitched a really nice little piece for me for my birthday. I'll post that picture later.

this is soo pretty! i have been trying to do more embroidery, as it is something you can take with you {soccer games, swim practice, etc...}as well as something i have done since i was probably 6 or 7?? very nice!
